500 grams of refried red beans from De Mi PaÃs

2 large avocados

4 eggs

Pork rinds

De Mi PaÃs Honduran sausages

De Mi PaÃs meat tenderizer
Directions
Make the white rice as usual
In a pot, cook the refried red beans together with the tomato and the onion in pieces, add seasonings (it is suggested to add garlic, salt, pepper and cumin from De Mi PaÃs)
Separately, prepare the pork rinds, when preparing them add our meat tenderizer to achieve a pleasant texture, then cook them in salted water for a few minutes. When finished, fry them with oil and seasonings (garlic, pepper and salt) until they are crisp.
Cook the Honduran sausages from De Mi PaÃs, then fry them in little oil
Fry the eggs separately
Cut the avocado into long slices
Gather all the food on a tray, decorate it with coriander leaves
And voila! You have a delicious paisa tray that makes everyone fall in love
