Paisa Tray ( bandeja paisa)
500 grams of refried red beans from De Mi País
2 large avocados
De Mi País Honduran sausages
De Mi País meat tenderizer
Make the white rice as usual
In a pot, cook the refried red beans together with the tomato and the onion in pieces, add seasonings (it is suggested to add garlic, salt, pepper and cumin from De Mi País)
Separately, prepare the pork rinds, when preparing them add our meat tenderizer to achieve a pleasant texture, then cook them in salted water for a few minutes. When finished, fry them with oil and seasonings (garlic, pepper and salt) until they are crisp.
Cook the Honduran sausages from De Mi País, then fry them in little oil
Fry the eggs separately
Cut the avocado into long slices
Gather all the food on a tray, decorate it with coriander leaves
