In a frying pan with oil, sauté the beef in long thin strips, seasoned with salt and garlic.
While the meat is cooking, prepare the tortillas with our Harina Facil: you just have to add water to the powdered flour and cook them on a griddle.
Then prepare the pico de gallo (or chirimol): in a container add the chopped onion, the chopped coriander, the chopped tomato, then add lemon juice and mix well.
