11. HOW TO SUBMIT A PRIVACY REQUEST
You may submit a privacy request through one of the following methods:
Email: customerservice@demipais.com
Telephone: (305) 545-6305
Your request should clearly describe the right you wish to exercise and provide sufficient information for us to locate your records.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Verification may require matching information you provide with information already maintained by us. We will not request more information than reasonably necessary for verification.
Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof that the agent is authorized to act for you and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will notify you if we need additional time.

Your Privacy Choices: https://demipais.com/?preview_privacy_banner=1
We also process legally recognized universal opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law.
When we detect a valid Global Privacy Control signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted advertising associated with that browser or device.
Because these signals may operate at the browser or device level, you may need to enable the signal separately on each browser and device you use.
If you create an account or provide sufficient information that allows us to associate the signal with your account, we may apply the preference more broadly where required by law.
We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no uniform industry standard for interpreting them. Do Not Track is different from Global Privacy Control.
