Directions
In a bowl, place any amount of Harina Facil Para Tortillas in a bowl and a cup of water to create the dough for Tortillas. Roll them into 1 big round log and start cutting into smaller balls. Once they’re cut, place them in a bowl to sit.
While those are sitting, prepare your ingredients to place inside. We chose our De Mi Pais Refried Beans, Shredded Cheese, and Jutiquile Sabor Olanchano Sour Cream.
Once those are set, take your tortilla balls back out and a roller. You need to roll them thin, but not too thin or they’ll crack and break in heat.
Place the flattened out tortillas on a pan to cook. The tortilla will startup inflate when it’s ready to turn. Once already turned, when it inflates again its ready to take off the heat.
Have enough tortillas? Now it’s time to decorate. Place some cheese, beans, or cream and enjoy!
