Directions
Slice up your De Mi Pais Chorizo Hondureños to thin, small pieces and add to your pan along with your vegetables of choice.
After it’s been all mixed and slightly brown, take them out of the pan to sit while you set up your pastelitos.
Once you have your pastelito dough out, begin by stretching them into wide circles with your rolling pin.
Have em’ ready? Begin to place a spoonful of your mixed Chorizo and vegetables in the middle. Don’t put too much of your pastelito will break open.
Once you have 2-4 done begin placing them into a big oil pan to fry. Watch them carefully to avoid any spills. Continue to flip them over until they’re golden on each side.
Finished frying them all? Plate them in a big plate, and start enjoying them! You can heat up some De Mi Pais Ranchera Sauce for additional flavor, some Curtido Salvadoreño or plain shredded cheese! Enjoy.
