Directions
Begin with a large mixing bowl, mix up a whole egg, 1 cup of milk, 1 spoons of butter, and 1 cup of De Mi Pais Brown Sugar.
Once mixed, add in a 1 spoonful of De Mi Pais Vanilla Extract, 2 cups of Harina Facil, and 2 cups of Avena Mosh Oatmeal. Mix again.
In a hot pan, begin to pour spoonfuls of your pancake mix to create pancake shaped circles. Heat for 2-3 minutes on each side to have golden.
For some more flavor, add in sprinkles, chocolate chips, or even fruits.
Slice up some fruit, take out your favorite syrup and enjoy!
