Directions
In a skillet, place about 3-4 mini tortillas on to heat them up. While this is happening, cook 3-4 eggs all the way.
After this, move the eggs on top of each tortilla and place your favorite vegetables around them for more flavor. We chose Tomatoes & parsley.
Once you’ve placed all the items in the skillet, take out your De Mi Pais Ranchera Sauce and pour it all over the skillet and the food.
Take a few minutes to make sure the sauce is as hot as the food before consuming, plate them and enjoy!
