Red or Orange Bell Peppers

De Mi Pais Mojo Marinade

Directions
Pick up your Kebab stick and begin layering Chorizo, Potato, Bell Peppers, Shrimp, repeat.
Once you finished, start to marinate with De Mi Pais’s Mojo Marinade. Pour some on and brush between each one for maximum flavoring.
Throw them onto the grill once you’re done marinating, throw on some salt to your liking and cook until brown.
Make sure all sides are cooked well before consuming, take em off the grill and Enjoy!
