My orders were shipped in two shipments and came with a melted ice pack and were both warm. One package sat over the Veterans Day Holiday after arriving in my area on Friday and was delivered Tuesday and the cheese was outside of its package because it comes in a plastic shell. (It was in a styrofoam container). I feel they should at least pack it in dry ice and charge a fee or be transparent that it comes with an ice pack only. At least this way I could have decided if I was ok with that or not. The cheese was a gift for someone that visited the country and really enjoyed the cheese but after receiving it in this condition was afraid to eat any of the four ordered. If they ever want me to order again I advised they call and see if dry ice is an option and to request it not be shipped around a holiday or weekend.
