Directions
Place the bean grains in a pressure cooker with water. When they are ready, fry them with the onion and garlic.
At the same time, cook the rice in another pot.
When both are ready, combine them in a pan and let them cook for 10 minutes, slowly adding a little bean broth.
Add a touch of spices like the cumin from De Mi PaÃs.
