Directions
Begin by cutting 2 centimeter deep lines into the ham and rub with the De Mi Pais Pepper & Cumin + Curry as a dry rub onto the ham. Once you rubbed the seasoning in pour the De Mi Pais Vegetables Sauce onto it.
After placing the dry and wet condiments, pour the entire bag of De Mi Pais Relajo Spice Mix on top of everything and do not rub it on. Place the leaves on the sides.
Once finished, place the dish into the oven for 3 hours at 360 degrees.
Has it been 3 hours? Check to see if your Ham is now golden brown before taking out to eat.
