Directions
Prepare the yeast by adding brown sugar, water, De Mi Pais Harina Facil, and butter. Mix them until you create a dough. Leave to rest for about 15-20 minutes.
Once the dough has rested, stretch it amongst the table with a pin roller, but do not roll it too thin. Begin to spread more brown sugar on the dough until covered.
Begin rolling the dough from the ends to create a giant roll of dough with the sugar inside of it. This is where you grab your knife or scissors and begin to cut out your buns.
Cut about 1-2 Inches of dough out to create small buns and place them into a glass container for the oven. Don’t forget to place butter under so it doesn’t stick.
As soon as you’re done and have placed them in the oven at 350 degrees for about 35-45 minutes, begin the icing.
The icing is Mascarpone, Cream Cheese, and White Sugar. Mix until its a semi-thin icing like cream.
Once your buns are at a light brown color, take them out and leave it to cool for about 5-10 minutes. Place the icing on top once cooled. If you place it before, it will melt.
Serve yourself a slice, add more icing and enjoy!
