Ingredients

½ bunch of parsley

2 tablespoons minced oregano

4 garlic cloves, minced and crushed

½ chives, chopped

1 red pepper, de-shelled and seeded

2 tablespoons vinegar

½ cup oil
-
Salt
-
Pepper
-
2 Honduran sausages from De Mi País per person (a total of 8 sausages)

Baguette bread
-
Purple Onion
-
Lettuce (optional)

Directions
For Chimichurris
Combine and mix all the ingredients in a bowl and place it in the refrigerator until the choripanes are done.
For Choripanes
Make small cuts to the sausages to get them well cooked.
Then, place them on the grill until they are cooked and golden brown.
Cut the bread in half and put it on the grill. Lay the inside down. Do not leave them for too long, just lightly brown.
Place the sausages inside the bread.
Add the chimichurris sauce that was previously prepared.
If you like you can add pieces of lettuce and onion. Enjoy your meal!
