200 gr of beef in strips

Directions
In a frying pan with oil, sauté the beef in long thin strips, seasoned with salt and garlic.
While the meat is cooking, prepare the tortillas with our Harina Facil: you just have to add water to the powdered flour and cook them on a griddle.
Then prepare the pico de gallo (or chirimol): in a container add the chopped onion, the chopped coriander, the chopped tomato, then add lemon juice and mix well.
To fill the tortillas and turn them into tacos, add lettuce, the meat, the chirimol, the guacamole and the secret ingredient is the Olanchano Flavored Shredded Cheese from De Mi PaÃs!
